I have nearly 300 videos on my Video Forward website and this one ranks #3 in number of viewings. It has received 211 views. It’s by Joanie Barcal of Allende properties in San Miguel. What’s interesting is that she is marketing San Miguel and not a piece of Real Estate. However, after viewing the video I would be very interested if she were to send me some video tours of properties. With this video she has made me a part of her “warm market.” At the very end, she does introduce us to one property but no real tour or price or anything like that.
